The Northern Project presents The Old Skool Project
On the 3rd of July Old Skool Clubbers in the Northwest are in for a long awaited treat, with a night we hope you remember for a long time.
DJ ASH (A NORTHERN PROJECT SET) 9-10 pm
DJ REG (OLD MONROE'S SET) 10 – 11 pm
DJ CRAIG & JFMC (OLD CARLOS SET)11- 12pm
DJ LEE GARRY (OLD WIGAN PIER D.A.D. SET) 12 -1pm
DJ MATT BELL (OLD ZONE SET) 1-2pm
DJ Ash, the guys relatively new to the big circuit as a DJ, but was bang at it with all you true Old Skool ravers back in the day. He’s just kept himself to himself for the last few years, until this year, but he has been behind the decks for nearly 17 years and can defo bounce a party as some of you that know him will already know (remember the naughty illegal haslingden parties in the mid 90s he did? 4 week of madness in the hills until plod sussed it). And he now plans to share his found again enthusiasm and style with the rest of us old skool clubbers.
DJ REG does not need any introductions having been a Monroe’s resident back in the day. He has also played at Maximes and Hacienda and many other venue's, he's bound to have you jumping like you did in the early 90’s.
DJ CRAIG... Resident at Carlos Club, Colne. Who remembers the days of the Angels boycott, people boycotted the Angels and went to Carlos II, the road blocks to prevent people making it to the infamous illegal warehouse parties. Those were the days !
JF MC has performed at 100’s of clubs since the early days of house. Carlos II club, Hacienda, Bowlers and BCM Magaluf to name a few.
DJ Lee Garry, Lee has Dj’ing flowing through his blood, starting out in 91 at the Legendary Wigan Pier Dreaming a Dream nights. DJ Lee Garry, recently rocked the house at the D.A.D Reunion showing us old skool never dies.
DJ Matt Bell, this Zone Legend knows just what we want and is guaranteed to keep up the famous bouncy happy vibe the zone was famous for.
The Venue we have picked, is one of sheer brilliance adding to our passion to bring you back to the true Old Skool Vibe. A no frills true to our word old skool setting.
