Back in the day I actually downloaded most of the mixes listed on the web server at deephouse.biostat.wisc.edu which also doubled as a file repository. The files were served from 3 servers in total. The web server itself and two more ftp servers jukar.biostat.wisc.edu and rose.biostat.wisc.edu...
