Track Id, Old school monster

Ok . I have a an old school monster that needs to be Id'd .
I'm hoping someone out there may recognize this clip.

My buddy who gave me this sample said it originally was from a Dj Maxx mixed tape from around '94.

Its anyone's guess though...
