Firstly the good points: Liking the venue - much bettter than Boddies brewery and had a really good warehouse type vibe.....

Now the rest

No Q-Bert?? very disapointed - Dj Yoda as good technically as he is - not really the sort of set to play in a huge cavernous "rave" type environment

Stanton Warriors were ok - but only one of them turned up and basically played remixes of their own records

Worst of all Mark Ronson.......How he had the nerve to play 5!!! yes 5 tracks off his album (Toxic, Just, The Smiths one, the Lilly Allen one and another I can't remember) is beyond me - realy disapointing.

Anyway the vibe was good - but musically a bit of a letdown.....

i went to the night that was on the friday. agree with you there about the venue, i think its a well good venue, deffo better than boddies last year, plus they wont have no probs with the sound this year!!

went with a mate on fri and he told the police on the way out how he swerved them

aye i was very blitzed when i told him though mate , pesky drug sniffing dog had no chance finding my stash


great new venue btw and well policed , very safe atmosphere just get a cocker spaniel next time if you wanna actually catch someone with drugs , instead of some overweight black labrador that looked old n tired
