I have the chance to buy a refresh kit for my gear, DJM900 Nexus and 2x CDJ900 non Nexus meaning I will buy the club kit to do away with my SL3. I hope I'm correct in saying I can plug my 1200's into channels 2&3 use normal vinyl or timecode straight through the mixer. Similar I can use channels 1&4 for the cdj's and connect to the computer via the mixer without need for timecode. Everything points towards Rekordbox, is it easy to use, like the cue points idea etc. Can I set it up on my desktop and transfer to my music computer. Is it best to have Rekordbox on the portable drive along with the music? Bit of an idiot with technology however this set up may allow me to really clean my set up up, casting aside 2x 800 mkII's, SL3, move A&H S2 to my studio casting out my beloved DJM500, 303 I bought and did not use (as suspected) and an old A&H DX. Love some suggestions please as will be selling some beloved kit which I don't want to get rid of.....got to forget sentiment. S
