I think this was also true for the ever devoted Sarah-Jayne Ray, but we pushed through after the trauma of being double booked at the venue and almost losing the night due to an admin error . . . not our error btw <img src="https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t57/1/16/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" /></p><p>anyone who's involved in organising a night knows the pain, trials and tribulations of such things, and the effort in the background to keep the wheels on the bus, so to speak, along with competing with larger or business orientated events in a crowded marketplace.</p><p>As a small event, OSA is probably slightly different to other nights. We arrange these nights primarily to support the website, the live radio and the DJ's who play for us week in week out. This is a platform for them to play to a live crowd and show us what they've got, and my God - they've got it <img src="https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t4c/1/16/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" /></p><p>All proceeds from events go towards the running costs and upkeep of the website, and we rely on the kindness and support of our DJ's who play for free. Without them these nights simply wouldn't exist, so a massive thank you to all the DJ's and every single one of you who turn up and rave with us.</p><p>It was a pleasure to see promoters and DJ's of other events supporting us, along with a bunch of new faces we haven't seen at OSA nights before - We hope you all had a super time, and hope you can join us for our next adventure.</p><p>We are always looking for DJ's to play on our radio station and be involved in the community.
