ID For An 80s Tune

I remember seeing the video of it. It came out about the late 80s. It is a lady in glasses dancing and singing in the snow. I think it has a Christmas tree in it so it must have been a tune that came out for Christmas. It's not the kind of tune you'd hear on OSA but it does have words like this in it:

Were starting together.

If there is anyone who knows the 80s it's probably Nupski.
