masta blasta <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/classics/thumbsup.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":thumbsup:" title="thumbs up :thumbsup:" data-shortname=":thumbsup:" /> ) was a mint set to enter the club to, got me going anyways <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/classics/thumbsup.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":thumbsup:" title="thumbs up :thumbsup:" data-shortname=":thumbsup:" /> </p><p></p><p>10:00 came and I proceeded to the dex to start mi set, was playing a zone synth set and wasn't sure how it would go down at that point in the night :S but my question was soon answered by 2 tunes into my set and the dancefloor was full <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/classics/king.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":king:" title="azking :king:" data-shortname=":king:" /> (well buzzing) the place was pretty full now with everyone well enjoying it <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/classics/smilie_groupflip2.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":groupflip" title="zzgroup flip :groupflip" data-shortname=":groupflip" /> best part for me was seeing gaz trying to keep up his dancing with the speed of the dex, lol <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite7" alt=":p" title="Stick out tongue :p" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":p" /> well done mate, ya did well <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite2" alt=";)" title="Wink ;)" loading="lazy" data-shortname=";)" /> </p><p></p><p>After i'd finished on came paul h to take over who did ded well to say the pace got slowed well down from my previous set <img src="/data/assets/smilies/kssqs7y.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":head:" title="z head banger :head:" data-shortname=":head:" /> starting nicely with atomic house <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite8" alt=":D" title="Big grin :D" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":D" /> and including laura palmer (that fooooker went down a treat <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite2" alt=";)" title="Wink ;)" loading="lazy" data-shortname=";)" />) thoroughly enjoyed every tune <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/classics/band.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":band:" title="zzband :band:" data-shortname=":band:" /> phones: </p><p></p><p>By this point the night was in full swing with everyone just dancing and enjoying themselves <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite8" alt=":D" title="Big grin :D" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":D" /> everyone friendly and all there for the same thing 'a jolly goodtime' </p><p></p><p>After paul h on the dex was the man like andy pendle who did exactly what he sets out to do and plays a blinder <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/classics/thumbsup.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":thumbsup:" title="thumbs up :thumbsup:" data-shortname=":thumbsup:" /> phones: playing all sorts of uk piano, italo piano, breakbeat and oldskool hardcore . . . all blended together beautifully :rock: Up to this point all the sets had been top notch <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/classics/king.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":king:" title="azking :king:" data-shortname=":king:" /> the only dj's left were eddy and ben (and boy did they have some wicked sets to beat) </p><p></p><p>But . . . . . . . </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>. . . . . . . . because of a bit of bother (wont go into detail) eddy was kicked out of the club which meant Ben needed some one to take eddy's place back 2 back with him phones: </p><p></p><p>Luckily hikkyb had a bag of tunes in his car, so I grabbed em and joined ben on the dex for the last 2 hours <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/classics/thumbsup.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":thumbsup:" title="thumbs up :thumbsup:" data-shortname=":thumbsup:" /> and what a 2 hours it was, ben went first and got the crowd hooked straight away by playing BLACK BOX -
