Early 90's trance track that sound like a 'saw'.

This track has no singing its mainly what sounds like an electric saw. I think its early 90's but I could be wrong. Any ideas?

i am not too bad when it comes to early prog stuff m8, but can't think of any that sound like DIY noises lol

No sample And with no words either it is a very difficult one. However, it sounds weird but it was actually a very good track, it was also popular but not mainstream. I think most people into trance would know it if they heard it.

Okay I have another clue. My friend had this on a tape also on the tape (don't ask me why) which I take it must have come from the radio, was, Celine Dion 'Think Twice' which was released in 1994. So I'm sure that was the year.
