Ive done most of the upgrades now on the forum, theres still a few bits that are wonky here and there but will sort em over the next few days.
It was a pretty big upgrade hence the board being down for so long,most of its at the back end n so ya wont notice much difference. a few of the changes include:
removal of the image hosting plugin
ive removed the image hosting thang as the signature editor now supports uploads of pics to include in ya sigs and so it isnt really needed anymore (the attchment option can be used for normal posts)
added gender bit to profiles
ya can now specify in your profile (in your usercp) if your a bird or a bloke, n it then puts a little icon n stuff in ya posts, this should help combat the various mistaken gender problems we get now n again, this also doubles up as steadmanscotts birthday and christmas present
multi quote
you will see to the right of the quote button you can now quote multiple posts, it makes it to that loads of replies n quotes aint needed and it can all be done in one job lot
image resizing
when you link a external image (say one from another website with the IMG tags) and sometimes it would end up huge the image, now if that happens it will automatically resize it down to a nice unbig dock off level
them r some of the main things that are new to this un, theres loads of other bits n peices here n there that ya will notice n il be adding more stuff soon
there may be some things that are still broke, over the next week il iron the problemos out, if you find something out of sorts or not right then please let us know on this thread and il get it sorted asap, please let me know what style ya using at the time n all
