i had to take a pick of the massive bruise last night, its realy black and well sore:$
awwww hope ur OK nics, its fooking orrible when u fall on yer arse, espesh when you bang that bone at the bottom of back, kinda in between ur arse cheeks, it always makes me feel physically sick and it makes me go dizzy...you will have to get some of the holding on things to stop ya from falling-lol. when we moved to our new house it was a shower made for a disabled person (so she cud wheel herself in and out of it) it was massive, i was fuct
