Turn the water off, undo the fittings if you've a spanner and use some PTFE tape, which sticks to itself and binds round the 'gubbins' and then tighten it up, turn the water back on and stand 10 feet back and watch - good luck!

if it's leakin underneath & it's the kitchen sink I'd just pay some fucker to sort it, unless you've got double jointed hands & elbows & the worlds smallest pair of pliers...
