After many, many years of search I finally found the Tony Humphries mix I had on tape back in 1993 which got lost or nicked at some stage.

Tape 2 is the one I've been searching for. Mine had a different cover to the one below, but it was one of those bootlegs with the laser copied cover. I bought the tape from the famous Camden Market mix tape stall.
