the aching all over and feeling totally battered from just an hour work out??
or am i just a lazy old bastad who shud jus give up the thought of getting fit whilst im now apparently middle aged lol lol lol
god i feel like im dying!!! i went to my first ever Kung Fu class last night!
i was the only female too in a class of about 15 blokes (and no be4 you ask none of them were totty material except the instructor!!)
then thankfully 15mins in a chinese lady came in, but she cud kick ass! and i had to pair up with her, jesus she made me sweat! lol
it was rock hard and ive never felt so wrecked!!
can i possibly stand to it again next week!!? lol lol
anyone else into the martial arts here?? or even regular exercise?? how do you keep a momentum with it, when actually it makes ya feel sick and very dizzy!!! and every muscle on fire?? !!!!!!!!!
